Nanny Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The prize is a nanny for one 8 hour period.

2. The nanny will care for the children in the family home for the duration.

3. The nanny will be responsible for the care of the children , this includes :
a. Meal preparation and feeding
b. All physical care e.g. dressing , bathing , feeding.
c. Activities as determined by the family.

4. The nanny will care for the families children only, maximum 3 children with no more than 1 under 12 months of age .

5. If the nanny uses her own vehicle, petrol must be paid for at the rate of 62c per km . It is preferable that the family vehicle with all car seats be left for the nannies use during that period.

6. The family are to meet with nannies appropriate and available for the period nominated by the family. The family decide which nanny they wish to care for their children.

7. Poppetts Nanny Bureau is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the period the nanny is caring for the children.

8. The family must provide a detailed list of their children's requirements for the period of care. They must specify :
· any special needs, diets or allergies .
· medication ( plus a signed form giving permission for the nanny to administer )and or illnesses.
· likes and dislikes and routines.
· methods of behavior management.
· Person allowed to visit during they period.
· Any person not allowed access to children or property
· Security arrangements for the house.
· Family or friend to be called in case of emergency.
· Contact details of family doctor , vet and dentist, electrician, plumber .
· If care of pets required details of their requirements.
· Security details of any alarms or gates.
· Instructions for use of household appliances.

9. Contact details for the parents to be left in with the nanny . If parents uncontactable details of responsible persons to be contacted in case of emergency to be made available.

10. The winning family need to notify Poppetts at least two weeks prior to the time they require a nanny. Cancellation or change of dates can only be made once and then no shorter than to 1 weeks prior to the dates. Change of dates mean that another nanny may do the day.

11. The prize must be taken up with in 12 months of the prize draw.

12. Any time over the 8 hours will need to be paid to the nanny at the normal rates for that nanny. Any additional bureau fees that may be incurred for extra time will be invoiced to the family.
